Do you ever feel that life is meaningless with or without God?

Note: Meaningless does not equal not worth living. Just that it has no inherent meaning, no purpose, no reason. We're all doing things because that's what we do, that's who we are. We breed so that more people can continue doing the same seemingly pointless activities, ad infinitum. Whether or not God created the universe and gave us our lives, it doesn't change the apparent fact that nothing really matters. Maybe it's even more true if God does exist, because that means in contrast to God, we're nothing.
