Is it possible to sue for back child support in this case?

Was there ever an order for child support and from what I'm gathering the adoption never happened....if there was an order and if the adoption was never finalized then yes you can sue for back child support. Find out for sure if there was an order (if not there isnt much you can do) but talk to FAFSA about your grandparents filling out the financial stuff because you are living with them, not your bio mom.
