I'm a idiot and i neeed helpp with something?

I let my boyfriend borrow some money because he was going thru a hard time, and i also bought a blackberry from him and i never got it, so i just told him to give me the money back. Well we broke up and he's really not the type to just NOT pay me back but i'm finding that untrue. He owes me quite a bit of money, about $60. Is there any way i could get that money back or am i screwed?
